Mike Ballard

Mike joined the Lifegate team in 1996 to serve in youth ministry. His effectiveness resulted in him being given an Associate Pastor role with oversight of several departments of the Church. In 2013 he was asked to become Lifegate’s Executive Senior Pastor. Whereas Pastor Les’ role is one of vision, leading and feeding, Mike’s role is to strategize, lead and implement. He has direct oversight over the more than 100 part and full time Lifegate staff in their assignment to see 40 Lifegate campuses in the next 40 years. Mike is married to Shelly, his high school love and together they are raising three sons and two daughters who are each amazing!
